Snacktivity is an approach to sitting less and moving more. Its far easier than you may think, and we are going to show you how simple it is to get started.
Snacktivity is about including small bouts of physical activity into your whole day, which we’re calling “Activity Snacks”.
Activity Snacks should last 2-5 minutes and get your heart beating faster and breathing a little harder. Activities like parking further away, getting off the bus a stop early, taking the stairs or calf raises whilst waiting for the kettle to boil.
